When I configurate the PSD ( uPSD3312D), with lines TMS,TDI,TDO,TCK, then these lines can be used like a input or output pins.

For the uPSD and the Turbo uPSD family processors, the JTAG port pins, TMS,TDI,TDO and TCK are dedicated for JTAG functions only and can not be configured for I/O use.
