There is also a PTN 10/5894 (Product Termination Notice) from 2010, according to which all EPROMs were last delivered in 2011 - so, as @mƎALLEm  said, a very, veeeery long time ago.

No one can be sure here and EPROM devices have been depricated for a long time ago and no ST employee can give the verdict.

I'm deducing the age of that part number from the datasheet first release date (I'm just speculating here). First release date is september 1998. So I suppose the device was born around that date.
