Minimum operating temperature for BAT30 Schottky diode

The BAT30 datasheet shows a storage temperature of -65 to 150C and a maximum junction temperature of 150C.  There is no mention of the minimum operating temperature though.  Can you clarify?

With Schottky diodes, the critical limits are generally on the hot side of the temperature scale, where destruction can occur. At low temperatures, some parameters do deteriorate, but there is no risk of destruction, so no value is given.

Okay, I see the forward voltage curves going down to -40C.  Our application will not go below this, but I’m setting this part up in our system.   I added your note.   Thanks!
