M24C64X-FCU6T/TF dimension bigger than spec. Marking 61E

Dear ST Team,

As per datasheet, found on page 30/36: Parts marked as “ES” or “E” are not yet qualified and therefore not approved for use in production. Does this refer to chip body marking or refer to other things?
Parts we received have a body top mark of 6 1E. pictue attached.
Can you advise if this item is mass production part or not qualified

Also, according to datasheet we found dimension slight bigger than spec, could you please help review the picture and advise?
Actual: 0.77mm (measured in top view)

Required: 0.751mm (maximum)

Thank you for your help.

Welcome @FFWang, to the community!

The M24C64X-FCU6T has been in full production for a long time. Neither the trace code nor the bulk ID appear in our database, and the M24C64X-FCU6T also has different marking (the correct marking is internal information).

Please ask your supplier to provide proof of the shipment’s origin, as there is at least a suspicion of counterfeiting.

Regards
/Peter
