Hello, I don't know if i am using the right forum..?

i have a product using a microprcessor and its faulty. i want to replace this and want to write my own software for it, the problem i'm having is i can't find a datasheet on it?

I have the device markings

This is in a DIL 20 pin package...

Does anybody know what micro this is so i can learn up on it ??

Even better if you have the datasheet to send..? or point me in the direction?? what processor is it..? part number...?
