I am designing an application based around the uPSD3234BV-24U6. I need a 2 x 16 LCD display which is compatible with the 3.3V operating voltage of the uP. The LCD module can use a 5V supply, but must have 3.3V compatibility. If anyone can supply me with the reference of a suitable display I would most grateful.

How about the Hantronix HDM16216H-B-P93S which is used on the DK3200 eval board? I think their contact number is (40 517-4

Yes, but I'm not sure of full compatibility.

The uPSD3234BV operates voltage is 3V3 and the HDM16216H operates voltage is 5V.

I have connected the LCD to the port A of the µP, like DK3200 eval board, but port A of the µP is not tolerent to 5V
