Can You pls share the Junction temperature of the following Parts.
LSM6DSVTR   M24M01E-FMN6TP

Both devices are designed for the temperature range -40...+85°C. The junction temperature is in the same range due to negligible self-heating, so it is not specified explicitly.

More information require regarding this parts, can  you help me for the thermal resistance values for the parts.

As I mentioned before, the datasheet does not specify any thermal resistance values because of the low current consumption and, therefore, low power dissipation. However, you are welcome to create a personal ticket with the Online Support OLS and try to obtain further information.
