Is ST90T40 obsoleted?

Yes it is an obsolete product.

The closest replacement would be a ST90 Also check the ST90158 and ST92F124 if more memory or Flash is needed.

Hi.

We have a product based on the ST90T40. For our last production task, our provider told us this device is obsoleted.

Does anybody know what is the closest replacement for this MCU?
