The current outputs for various ports can be found in Table 112(page 14 for the 5V parts, and in Table 113(page 150) for the 3V parts, of the uPSD323x Data Sheet.

Please see the attached ORCAD schematics and BOM for DK3200 eval board.

How is the maximum current that I can drain in the IO ports (Pa~PD , P1~P4) ?

Where could i get the ORCAD's files of uPSD3200 dev board and the part list?
