Increase program memory space from ST72F uCcontroller.

Hello,

We are nearing the end of available program memory in the ST72F264G2 uController that was originally selected for our project. I would like to change to a higher ROM part with minimal code change. I have looked on the ST website but the biggest issue seems to be finding a part that will operate at 3V that is not in the ''mature'' stage. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

the best ROM replacement is ST72324BL which is a 3v 8k/16k ROM product, in TQFP32/TQFP44/SDIP32/SDIP42.

For Flash, the right product is ST72F324L.
