I find this str7 a good looking controller, set a whloe project around this chip, and now find out that iap via uart will not be available.

Is this for real ??

If so I had to look another controller, such a shame, I need this com ports on this chip.

If the device supports IAP then it is available through any interface, uart, can, usb.

You will however have to implement your own bootloader, as no standard bootloader is given (except ICC protocol).

thanks this give me a good feeling,

maybe lots of work but it can be done
