Solved

I recently purchased an STM8L-discovery. The data sheet indicates the processor as: stm8L152c6t6 but the processor chip is marked: stm32f103c8t6 Is that a mistake? Which processor do I select when using the STVD? Many thanks

The STM32F103C8T6 on the North end of the board implements the ST-LINK/V2 functionality.

The Target MCU is on the lower half of the board, above the buttons. This should be the STM8L152C6T6
