I am looking for the reverse characteristics of STTH2R02AF-Y. How much will be the leakage power at 60V and 48V. Where should I get the Leakage current graphs wrt reverse voltage (not in datasheet)

Indeed, leakage current (IR) curves are not given in STTH2R02AF-Y datasheet, because the values are quite very low => negligible in power applications.

However, in table 4 IR values at 200V, 25°C and 125°C are given (typical and maximum values: 1µA/8µA).

The maximum leakage current you get at 200V 125°C is 8µA. For a constant reverse voltage of 200V, Prev = 800V*8µA = 1.6 mW.

At 60V the values will be lower by decade at least => so totally negligible.
