I am looking for a STAC2942B-12W wich seems to be out of production, is it equivalent to the STAC2942B, or to the STAC2942BW? thanks

Unfortunately, you have interpreted the letter "I" as digit "1", the correct ordering code was STAC2942B-I2W.

Anyway, this particular RF transistor was discontinued a long time ago, but was also not generally available, as it was a custom device that only the customer had documentation on.
