I need to set the readout protection after programming and calibrating the RC. If I reprogram the device, reset the read-out protection. Then the whole memory including the calibration values (RCCR0 and RCCR1) are erased. How can we restore these values?

Which MCU are you using?

Which in-circuit programmer are you using?

When you are programming the device using STVP7 1.9.2. Then the RCCR values will be restored by itself. The programming mode selected should be either “Socket or “ICP OPT Disable.
