Would use a SWIM interface.

Surely in the Reference Manual / Data Sheets.

Perhaps look at the schematics for DISCO, NUCLEO boards for the STM8 products. Should be under the "CAD Resources" on related product pages.

Thank very you for you quick response.

But i not expert in this thing i have an exist pcb baord(product) using STM8L052. I'm trying to connect it directly but using ST device to read or write on mcu. but no idea how to connect ST-Link to mcu pin also don't know it's possible or not.

On STM8L052C6 i find VDD(pin10), GND(pin9),RESET(pin2) but no idea for data pin.

But in physical they already wiring pin 1,2,9,12 for service terminal.
