FL-101 Flashlink Paraliel Port Mode

Can anyone tell me what the recommended Parallel Port Mode (BIOS setting) is, when using the FL-101 JTAG FlashLink pod.

I have both FL101B and FL101D which seem to behave differently when connected to same host. Does anyone know what the difference is?
