ESDA25-4BP6 Surge protection

I’m looking for data related to peak pulse Power Rating of this TVS, that includes pulse width (tp) of up to 10ms. 

Also, I wanted to know if there is any reliability data that is available for this component.

ESD events (for which the ESDA25-4BP6 has been designed) are ultra-fast and typically last only nanoseconds, not milliseconds. A 10ms pulse is not a standard ESD case but an EOS or surge event. The ESDA25-4BP6 is specified for 8/20μs pulses, so a 10ms rating is not given in the datasheet and should not be assumed.

Reliability data are available exclusively as FIT or MTBF data via the personal Online Support OLS, as is also described in this thread. However, the data apply to operation in accordance with the datasheet.
