Hi,

supports the STR7 real JTAG or is it implemented only for debugging? We want to test the pcb, including a STR7, with JTAG. Where can I get a BSDL-File?

I think he is refering to boundary scan.

Yes, I mean Boundary-Scan, IEEE1 And not only for debugging. We want to test a pcb with Boundary-Scan (JTAG).
