CPU speed settings read registers (STPC Industrial)

Hi,

I want to display the CPU speed setting in my BIOS. I can read the HCLK PLL settings through register index 5F. But I can't see where I can read the DX/DX2 bit (MD59) setting. Not in the datasheet, not in the programming manual. The programming manual refers to section 3, but there is no section 3 in it. Does anyone know?
