Changing the Lite29 AT2 ATR registers

Hello,

I encounter the following, when changing the ARTL and ATRH registers, some times the PWM stay high or low for one period.

What I see in the datasheet is that the DCR registers have a shadow register and are transferred on overflow when the TRANCR is set.

I see nothing for the ART registers, it looks like that changes have an immediate effect.

I want to change the ATR and DCR register at the same time. Can any one help we with this?
