TQFP64 package pin 7 is BOOTEN. Does it have any meaning for TQFP64

Can I use pulldown resistor for BOOTEN and forget this pin ? Or is it used for programming ?

Sir,

we are developing our project in the ST development board STDV710.

We want to boot our progrmme from internal flash/RAM. As per the datasheet, in this case we have to use

BOOTEN BOOT0 BOOT1 MEMORY

0 X X FLASH

1 0 0 FLASH

1 1 0 RAM

in that case can we use the (BOOT0)U0Tx and (BOOT1)U1Tx IN THE UART MODE.
