Ask for help for ST6265 of program goes dead

hi, I used st6265(the type with eprom) to develp a voltage tracing system. My program pass the soft simulation. but goes dead on real HW system with the variation of code address allocation. The address of my code assigned is between 0800-0F9F. Have anyone encountered simillar promblem? Pls give me help! Thanks a lot

For anyone to be able to help we need a bit more information:

What development enviroment are you using, RIDE, AST6, AS, EASM etc.

Do you get any compile time errors ?

Are you using paging ?

Perhaps attaching your code may help.
