Hi, can someone tell me to which signal are connected the 6 layers of the board?

Gerbers are on the 'CAD Resources' tab of the Product Page:

I don't know what you mean by six layers, but you can find all the connections and descriptions in UM3371, as long as it is still online for this board, which is being discontinued.
