ADC temperature conversion

Hi to all,

can you send me some example about ADC temperature conversion

with 10bit ? To reduce space I have thought to use a 256 step temperature conversion table (255=100° 0=0°) ,

not 1024. Is possible ?

I think selecting the range will depend up on your type of thermistor you are using. It is because you may have variation of more than 255 steps when the tempreture will rise from 0-100 degrees because of large change of resistance of thermistance so the input voltage with tempreture.
