about USB init

I can not write any value into the USB's EPxR (from 0xc0008800 to 0xc0008840) , it's always zero, but I can write other USB's reg (from 0xc0008840 to 0xc0008850).

How to config the USB's EPxR , Could you help me ? thank you!
