Where to download SPIRIT1 SDK and SPIRIT1 WM-BUS suite

The subject said it all. This is my first day of trying to download the SDK and I'm surprised I could not find any direct link to it. Any kind hearted fellow, kindly help me post the direct link to download them from. Again, is it possible to use Android Studio for development and just integrate the SDK into it?
