Question

What is the time required by the STLM20 between the application of supply voltage and valid Vout? My test results suggest 2ms but was hoping to see a published value in the datasheet.

What you mean by valid Vout? It is very difficult to define such a parameter.

The time will be dependent on the load capacity, temperature change, thermal capacity of your HW, ...

By valid Vout, I mean a Vout that represents current temperature reading. When supply voltage is applied, there is a steadily increasing voltage at Vout that ultimately settles at a level that represents the current temperature.

I understand the difficulty in defining the parameter. I was hoping that ST could provide some time delay based on a particular circuit scenario. Vout connected directly to some ST ADC over a trace of x width and y length. Certainly, there is some range that can be provided as a rule of thumb.
