In LSM6DSOX, accelerometer and gyroscope can be configured in different operating modes and the maximum output data rate is 6.66 kHz. MLC and FSM process data at four possible rates configurable by the user: 12.5 Hz, 26 Hz, 52 Hz, 104 Hz. So, the maximum data rate for MLC and FSM is 104 Hz (when a higher sensor ODR is selected, data inside MLC or FSM are automatically decimated at their specific rate).

The impact on power consumption is in the orders of microAmpere and it depends on the application implemented (e.g. what kind of features, window and decision tree is implemented in the MLC, or what kind of states are implemented in the FSM).
