What is the data rate accuracy of the LSM6DS33? For example, if configured at 12.5 Hz, what is the time drift in ppm of the data output?

please note first that the LSM6DS33. These are results coming from characterization data on a representative samples of a production lot. The jitter is moreover below 1us for ODR = 12.5Hz.

 

My suggestion is however to directly check your actual ODR by plotting with an oscilloscope the DRDY signals (INT1_ DRDY_G and INT1_ DRDY_XL bits of INT1_CTRL (0Dh) register, see datasheet p. 45) routed on a physical INT pin (e.g. INT1).
