What is the clock frequency where the mics switch from normal mode to sleep mode?

Actually the threshold of the switch between normal mode and sleep mode is not fixed. There is an hysteresis. In fact the microphone changes its behavior when the clock frequency is comprised between 500kHz and 700kHz

Addition to previous statement.

Basically the microphones switches off when the clock frquency decreases to value lower than 500kHz but switches on for frequencies over 700kHz.
