Considering the clock frequency in this question as the rate the FSM processes data, there are four available data rates in LSM6DSOX: 12.5 Hz, 26 Hz, 52 Hz, 104 Hz.
The FSM data rate can be chosen in Unico-GUI when building the FSM, or alternatively configured through the FSM_ODR1 and FSM_ODR0 bits in the EMB_FUNC_ODR_CFG_B (5Fh) register of the LSM6DSOX.
