We are considering using IIS2ICLX for product development.

I would like to know the following specifications for this product.

 

① “stability” of “bias” with respect to a fixed calibration value over a period of one year

② “stability” of “scale factor” with respect to a fixed calibration value over a period of one year

We do not provide 1-year stability data for this product. However, you can find the offset and sensitivity error over lifetime values in the datasheet under the labels Off_acc and So_acc.
