You may not need to wait on that case. This part came over to ST with the NXP MEMS business in February, so it has an st.com page now: https://www.st.com/en/mems-and-sensors/fxls8974cf.html. Under Quality & Reliability you'll find FXLS8974CFR3 with its RoHS grade, Ecopack1, and a material declaration you can download as PDF or XML. I opened the PDF and it does list your part number. ST does say those forms can be generic for a package family, so if you need one issued against this exact part number then keep the case open.
