There are naturally some tolerances in the internal clock source in each particular sensor and this is the reason why also ODR has some tolerance. It is possible to monitor the exact ODR on the fly by means of DRDY interrupt from the sensor and e.g. and accurate timer in the MCU. ODR tolerance level depends also on the exact sensor component model.
