There are several SW project examples written in C code for STWIN and also different IDEs can be used, STM32CubeIDE, IAR, Keil. ST-Link V3 programming probe is also part of STWIN development kit for programming and debugging purposes. Both STSW-STWINKT01 and FP-IND-PREDMNT1 SW packages also include precompiled project examples as binary files so you can either copy paste them to STWIN flash drive through ST-Link, or you can use STM32CubeProgrammer to do that.
