MEMS Studio AFS not working

Dear Community,

I am currently following the official MEMS Studio tutorial "Module 5 - MLC Configuration and Visualization" available on YouTube.

I am using the following hardware and software setup:

• MEMS Studio version: 2.4.0
• Board: NUCLEO-F401RE with X-NUCLEO-IKS4A1

I was able to successfully complete all tutorial steps up to the Automatic Filter & Feature Selection (AFS) stage. However, whenever I click "Run" in the AFS tool, MEMS Studio displays the following error message:

"Unexpected error with code 104 occurred during AFS request processing."

The issue occurs consistently, even though I am following the tutorial exactly as shown in the video.

Additional information:

• The PC has internet access.
• I tested both my company network and a mobile hotspot, but the error persists in both cases.
• No firewall events indicating blocked connections were detected.
• The board is correctly recognized by MEMS Studio and all previous steps work as expected.

Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue or suggest possible solutions/workarounds?

Sure, this is the whole projet folder for replicating the Module 5 part of the online workshop. Hope that helps solving my issue.

We tested your project on our side and we managed to run successfully AFS using MEMS Studio 2.4.0. The error you received is related to inability to find ODR resample executable of AFS. Could you check if your MEMS Studio installation folder contains under tools\afs_tool folder an executable named resample_odr.exe? We suggest you to install again MEMS Studio 2.4.0 and check if any software running (for example anti-malware) on your pc is removing any executable or file in MEMS Studio folder. Thank you
