The LSPHB was soldered onto the FPC for testing, during which it was found that the output pressure drifted erratically over time. What is the cause of this, and how should it be resolved?

The drift is most likely caused by mechanical stress on the sensor/package due to the FPC.
The fix could be reducing board strain by using a rigid/stiffened mounting area, keeping the sensor clear of bending, and ensuring the pressure port is unobstructed.
