Hi.i am using LMS6DSR ,and use ODR is 208Hz,but,i found that i can't get 208 samples at 1 secend.and,i had confirmed that it only about 203 Hz from Interrupt signal.so,i want to know is that normal? i can't find information about error of ODR in datasheet.

Hi @Pqing.1 ,

please note that usually, on the datasheets, the ODR is defined only at its typical value, in this case 208Hz.

I can share with you a distribution of the ODR 208Hz on a representative validation sample: if you need a precise characterization of the ODR, you should measure it sample by sample (e.g. counting the DRDY signal). I can tell you that the jitter (i.e. the repeatability of the ODR for each single device) is much less than the spread among ODR actual values.

Ok,thanks for your answer, i have a question about typical value is that why select 208Hz why not mean or 3 sigma?

well, it's a typical value coming from the internal clock tree downsampling, and it could vary among samples and lots (but constant on same sample).
