Hi @SR.1498​ , for which application do you need these details? Pls consider that the LSM6DS3TR max supply is 3.6V and max current (high performance mode, max ODR) is 1250uA, so the power consumed in the worst case is P=V*I=4,5mW. If you consider that the device package thermal resistance is typ 80°C/W, the thermal difference between the device and the environment is DeltaT=0.3°C worst case. The maximum operating junction is basically the abs max rating in the datasheet. Regards
