Issues of Wrist tilt detection with accelerometer only

Sensor is LSM6DSV16X.
When I use this .h file in my MCU driver. There is no wrist tilt, but “Wrist tilt detection with accelerometer and gyroscope” can.

I don’t know why?

    Are you interested in accelerometer only? Is this the file you need? Is it different from the example?
