Is this an STM accelerometer?

Part is ~10-20 years old. Found some vague info that says there is an STM part# 35AX. Package is 14 pin, 14-VFLGA/LGA (3mm x 5mm). Pretty sure its an IMU/Accelerometer but trying to track down a pinout for a possible replacement.

Yes, it is è LIS352AX but it is obsolete now.
