Decision tree examples are available in the MLC application notes of our devices.

In the appendix section of the MLC application notes you can find some details about the external tools which can be used to generate the decision trees.

Moreover, in our GitHub repository we also provide some scripts for generating the decision tree in the correct format: https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STMems_Machine_Learning_Core/tree/master/tools/decision_tree_generator
