May I know differences between sensors above? Looking from parametric table, seems the same...

    You have probably confused the IIS3DHH, which never existed, with the LIS3DHH (please note the different first letter).

    The LIS3DHH and the IIS3DHHC are very similar, the main difference is that the IIS3DHHC is not a consumer sensor and is therefore guaranteed to be available for 10 years from launch.
