IIS2ICLX - Noise spectral density vs. frequency (low-frequency range)

I am currently working with the IIS2ICLX MEMS inclinometer sensor, and I am unable to find the noise spectral density curve as a function of frequency.

Would it be possible for you to provide it, in particular for the low-frequency range (0.1 Hz, 1 Hz, 10 Hz, etc.)?
