I agree with you that there isn't a dedicated space for ultrasound in this community (and well, I'm not an expert in this field).

There is however a (demo) GUI, the STSW-IME011, that can be interfaced with the STEVAL-IME011V2 (STHV748S), using which you can create custom signals, that might include LFM or a binary encoded pattern (but I'm not definitely sure of this).
