I am trying to determine the data code for a LIS2DW12. This is after some clean up of the original image sent to me. Any idea what this means? Thanks!

the "T" marking indicates that it is a LIS2DW12, so that's correct.

However, for the additional tracking info you should refer to the labels on the packages containing the LIS2DW12 devices.

The 2D code meaning is not an open information, so for further details you should contact a sales office or representative from this link.
