All the pads are the same.

x = M = typ. 0.1 mm

y = T1 = typ. 0.35mm

z = E1 - T1 - 2xM = typ. 2.95mm

from your reply i am understanding in following way, Please correct me if i am wrong,

1) x = distance between component right edge and right edge of pin5

it is same as 'distance between component bottom edge &  bottom edge of pin 13' which is M=0.1mm

2) y = Pad width of pin 17

All pads from 1-18 are of same size

So y=T1=0.35mm

3) z= distance between center of Pins  2 and 17

z=E1-T1(pad width of pin 17)-2xM

so Z=2.95mm

Please conform ASAP.
