I am not able to connect with SensorTile.box. If i connect usb to the device, it blinks once and then becomes dead. i tried to program it using STM32 CubeProgrammer but the software does not detect the device. what may be wrong with my device? help

Hi @Nrai.1​ , do you have difficulties in connecting the Sensortile.box via USB or also via Bluetooth (STBLE Sensor app)? Did the tool stuck after firmware upgrade? Please note that the USB 5V line acts as battery charger too: to try to isolate the issue you should check if the Sensortile.box works by disconnecting the battery (you have to unscrew the box) and plug the USB.
