How the MEMS sensor keeps "configuration" of its MLC and FSM, does it have flash memory on board?

MLC and FSM configurations are perfectly described as registers configurations in the .h/.ucf file outcome from Unico GUI. There is no flash in the sensor, it is a matter of registers configurations.
